Lishaworks Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Lishaworks. By purchasing products, booking a service, or accepting a quote, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services Offered

Lishaworks provides:

  • Headlight Restoration

  • Ceramic Coating / Restoration

  • Automotive Lighting Upgrades (including Xenon/LED bulbs)

  • Vehicle cosmetic enhancement services

  • Supply of automotive parts and accessories

  • Custom automotive work as quoted

All work is performed based on agreed quotations and service scope.

2. Quotations

  • Quotes are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices may change if hidden damage or additional work is discovered.

  • Approval of a quotation authorises Lishaworks to proceed.

3. Deposits & Payments

  • Custom orders and special-order parts may require a 50% deposit before ordering.

  • Full payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise.

  • Products remain property of Lishaworks until paid in full.

Failure to pay may delay release of goods or completion of work.

4. Product Sales (Xenon Bulbs / Automotive Parts)

Fitment Responsibility

Customers must confirm vehicle compatibility before purchase.

Lishaworks is not liable for:

  • Incorrect parts ordered by customer request

  • Damage from improper installation

  • Electrical faults caused by pre-existing vehicle issues

Professional installation is recommended.

5. Warranty Policy

Products

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Lighting products carry a limited warranty against manufacturing defects only.

Warranty excludes:

  • Water damage

  • Burnout due to faulty wiring

  • Incorrect installation

  • Physical damage or misuse

  • Wear and tear

Services

Workmanship warranty may apply where specified at time of service.

6. Headlight Restoration Service

Results may vary depending on:

  • Lens condition

  • Existing damage

  • Previous repairs

  • Oxidation severity

Restoration improves appearance and performance but does not guarantee “new” condition where lenses are heavily damaged.

 

7. Ceramic Coating / Detailing Services

Customers must follow aftercare instructions.

Warranty (if applicable) may be void if:

  • Incorrect washing methods are used

  • Harsh chemicals are applied

  • Vehicle is neglected after treatment

Refund & Return Policy

Products

Returns accepted within 7 days only if:

  • Product is unused

  • In original packaging

  • Proof of purchase provided

Non-Returnable Products

No returns/refunds on:

  • Installed bulbs or electrical items

  • Special-order parts

  • Custom-sourced items

  • Used products

Service Refunds

Completed labour/services are generally non-refundable.

If there is a workmanship issue:
Contact Lishaworks within 48 hours and we will assess and, where appropriate, correct the issue.

CPA Consumer Rights (South Africa)

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

Where applicable, customers may be entitled to remedies for defective goods or services as provided by law.

Cancellations
  • 24-hour notice required for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Deposits may be non-refundable for no-shows or special-order items.

Limitation of Liability

Lishaworks is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing vehicle defects

  • Supplier delays

  • Indirect damages or losses

  • Damage caused by third-party installers or modifications
